We’ve got some talented ladies on our CMIT team. Not just accomplished. These women are shaping the future of the channel in bold, brilliant ways and the industry is taking notice.
Let’s give a huge shoutout to the incredible trio who’ve just been named to CRN’s 2025 Women of the Channel list:
Leslie Chiorazzi. Cheryl Nelan. Maitjian Welke.
Let those names sink in. These women are leaders, mentors, powerhouses.
Leslie brings energy and strategy that lights up every room she enters. She’s the type of person who can spot a challenge and flip it into an opportunity before lunch. Whether she’s leading a team or launching a new initiative, Leslie’s brainpower and people-smarts make her unstoppable.
Cheryl is the definition of driven. She’s got that rare combo of laser-sharp business sense and a passion for helping others rise with her. Known for always thinking two steps ahead, she turns complexity into clarity and gets things done with style and heart.
Maitjian is a force. Not only does she teach cybersecurity, shaping the minds that will defend the digital frontlines, but she’s also deeply involved in the conversations that move our systems forward. She’s not just talking about what’s next. She’s helping to build it.
So what does it mean to be a CRN Woman of the Channel?
It means you’ve earned your spot as a leader, a changemaker, and someone who’s lifting others as you climb. It means your voice matters and your impact is undeniable.
We’re so proud of Leslie, Cheryl, and Maitjian for this well-deserved recognition. The work they’re doing isn’t just shaping today’s channel, it’s building the future. And we can’t wait to see what they do next.
