Our History

CMIT Solutions, Inc., has grown into the leading provider of IT solutions for small businesses by recognizing demand, harnessing the power of local offices run by entrepreneurs, and remaining ahead of the game with the most current and most reliable technology solutions.

The Beginning

CMIT Solutions launched in the ‘90s as a provider that catered mostly to household computer service and repairs. Over the next decade, small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) would beef up their adoption of computerization. By the early 2000s, it was clear that the IT needs of SMBs were being overlooked.

Foundation

CMIT Solutions morphed to deliver enterprise-scale IT solutions for SMBs at an affordable price. The value proposition hit such a sweet spot that the franchise has rapidly increased its North American footprint ever since. There are now over 260 locations in 33 states.

 

Growth

The franchise has followed a strategic growth plan over the years, providing a comprehensive suite of IT solutions. Roger has co-founded two technology companies. Through his expertise in technology, marketing, and sales, he helped to rapidly grow them into market leaders and guide them through successful acquisitions. Roger is an honors graduate from Louisiana Lafayette with a degree in computer science.

Tara Osborn

Tara plays a pivotal role in fostering synergy across critical departments including operations, service delivery, and marketing. Tara is the co-founder of Endurance House International, a pioneering retail concept franchise. Acquired in 2018, Tara’s innovative marketing strategies catalyzed the transformation of Endurance House into the ultimate destination for enthusiasts of endurance activities.

Caitlin Huber has over a decade of experience in adult education and holds a Master’s degree from Texas A&M University. She focuses on cultivating learning experiences tailored to diverse learners’ needs, empowering every Franchisee to succeed.
