After completing the launch, ongoing coaching and support comes from business experts within the home office team as well as throughout the North American network of CMIT franchisees. Mastermind groups provide peer-to-peer feedback with brainstorming sessions, mentors, annual business limelight reviews, collaboration, and feedback. The franchise management teams conduct regular success checks on each business operation, reviewing the results to plan and create a supportive roadmap to even greater victories.
