At CMIT Solutions, the satisfaction and ongoing support of our valued franchise partners is our top priority. We take our franchisee feedback seriously, which is why we send out an annual survey to gauge where we can improve as a company. The anonymous input received is an essential element of what drives the home office’s priorities and plugs directly into the annual planning cycle.
This year, the data was shared with the Franchise Research Institute (FRI), an organization that aggregates franchisee feedback for interested investors. Each year, the FRI identifies 25 franchises that exceed these expectations. In fact, the FRI says that out of all the franchisors out there, less than 10 percent engage in an independent research organization to anonymously query their franchisees’ level of satisfaction.
This places CMIT Solutions among the top tier of franchisors who take the opinions of their franchise partners seriously and are committed to the continuous improvement of their programs and processes. Once again, in 2015, CMIT Solutions has earned FRI’s elite status of “World Class Franchise.”
The 2015 survey generally showed material and positive progress in most areas. The biggest upside trends as reported by CMIT Solutions franchise partners were the website, marketing collateral, research and development, alliance partner management, and products and services. The survey showed that most partners would invest in CMIT Solutions again.
The FRI was established to study and promote high standards of excellence throughout the franchise industry. They identify excellence through the perspective of the individual franchise owner by listening to franchisees and pinpointing the opportunities that work on both ends, for the franchisee and franchisor.
